With Allstate Accident Forgiveness, your first at-fault accident will not result in a premium increase, even if you’re found to be 100% at fault for the accident. This means that your insurance premium will remain the same after your first accident, and you won’t face a surcharge or penalty for filing the claim.

To be eligible for Allstate Accident Forgiveness, you must meet certain criteria, such as having a clean driving record and a certain number of years of driving experience. Additionally, the program may not be available in all states or for all types of policies.
